OKMX6Q-C (Single Board)
FETMX6Q-C system on module is also based on NXP/Freescale Cortex -A9 i.MX6Quad core processor with main frequency up to 1.2GHz, this SoM is with 320 pins and it is designed with 12-layer ENIG PCB and ultra thin board-to-board connectors. The SoM is designed with ultra compact size and thin connects to make designing free couples of ultrathin connectors 80 pins in total are available on SoM. with height only 2mm and golden ratio dimensions of 40*70mm, all of these to make it to be applied more widely.
OKMX6Q-C single board computer consists of carrier board and CPU module FETMX6Q-C. The carrier board was designed as a 4-layer PCB and on-board connectors such as Gigabit Ethernet, CAN bus, parallel camera, WIFI&BT, etc. What’s more, the CPU featured MIPI, MLB and EMI are also drawn out. Tested by EMC and high & low temp to guarantee the SoM to run stable in harsh working environment.
